The three of us have a passion to give back to not only DJs but the public at large with the gifts that we’ve been blessed with. That was one of the reasons we started the DJC in the first place – to help others by pushing the DJ, and thereby, the event industry at large, forward.

In 2021, we gave away 1 scholarship to our experience in Scottsdale, AZ. The numerous entries and genuineness of those entries were not only moving to each of us but a sign of the greater need that is out there. After we announced our scholarship winner, we went back and thought through how the DJC can make an even bigger impact – again, not just within the DJ community but beyond.

In 2022, we formed our own non-profit organization called The DJ Collective Foundation. This is massive on so many levels.

First, the impact – we will be able to do so much with this non-profit designation that will allow us to bring in sponsors, attendees, and a host of other folks to bring some good into this world through the DJC.

Second, we plan on incorporating this into each live event that we host. That is, we will figure out a way to leave a positive impact in some way within the local community we are in. This will be a part of our scheduled event agenda.

Finally, we want to not only educate and bring awareness to non-profit initiatives started by attendees, but partner alongside those when and where we can. Tell us about what’s happening in your community by emailing thedjcfoundation@gmail.com.

Obviously, we’re scratching the surface here on the power of what this foundation will be able to do. Interested in getting involved? Please contact us with your interest. We want to build an amazing team to take this to the next level.
